Brazil has joined the IraSME network

Funding offered by EMBRAPII

In May 2020, the IraSME network proudly welcomed Brazil as its newest member country.

Brazil will be represented by EMBRAPII, the Brazilian Agency for Industrial Research and Technological Innovation which will be responsible for reviewing the national project proposals to be submitted by Brazilian applicants. The agency will join the upcoming 26th IraSME call for proposals (deadline: 30 September 2020).

EMBRAPII has established partnerships with most innovative international funding agencies and institutions in order to foster joint innovation projects between Brazilian and foreign industrial enterprises and start-ups.

The agency’s “EMBRAPII for SMEs” programme aims at promoting the technological development of new products, processes or business solutions between Brazilian and foreign enterprises, as well as strengthening cooperation between companies and technology research institutions in Brazil and abroad.

As a member of IraSME, Brazil will join the network’s regular call for proposals which are published twice a year. More detailed information on EMBRAPII’s funding conditions and contact person is available on the countries and regions subsection.
